Daizel Gasperian has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the elder care industry. Her career began with managing skilled nursing facilities and evolved into a strong commitment to assisted living operations, specifically focusing on dementia care.
She successfully managed operations, consistently improving care delivery and identifying and mitigating risks such as falls, pressure sores, weight loss, and infections. She prioritized team training on preventive measures, assessment, and interventions, emphasizing a holistic approach to resident care.
Each individual is unique, and she emphasizes the importance of understanding and connecting, highlighting the significance of observing changes in behavior or personality as indicators of unmet needs. Daizel stresses clear communication among care providers to determine tailored courses of action. Despite the cognitive changes resulting from dementia, she passionately believes that individuals can lead enriching lives surrounded by loved ones.
Staff development and training play a crucial role in dementia care; Daizel places great emphasis on continuous learning and skill enhancement as the cornerstone of quality care provision.
Daizel received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is certified as an assisted living administrator, dementia practitioner, and geriatric care manager.

With over 35 years of invaluable experience as a Registered Nurse, Sue has established herself as a seasoned professional. Her journey began as a Director of Social Services in a large inner-city trauma hospital, and she later transitioned into a role as a registered nurse. Sue focused on delivering person-centered and compassionate care throughout her nursing career, particularly in the emergency room, intensive care units, and hospice care.
Driven by passion, Sue found her calling in assisted living, with a special focus on dementia care. She took on the responsibility of providing orientation to all new associates throughout the company and played a pivotal role in creating comprehensive educational materials for 3 service lines: assisted living, hospice, and at-home private duty care. Sue's leadership and initiative in this area have significantly contributed to the knowledge and skills of the associates.
Sue's unwavering commitment is to continuously enhance the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their families. Her dedication is evident in her efforts to provide essential education and training, a testament to her mission in healthcare.

His background includes working with Memory Care Support, assisted living communities, and mobile application companies specializing in in-home care technology. Rex is currently broadening his reach by entering the financial services sector, where he is committed to helping families navigate insurance options. As a licensed life agent he guides families on insurance and related products while promoting financial literacy and education.

Anne Ellett is a certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in all aspects of dementia and founder of Memory Care Support. She established the company to provide access to quality resources, educational products and services to improve the health and quality of life for the aging, as well as those charged with their care.
