Daizel Gasperian has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the elder care industry. Her career began with managing skilled nursing facilities and evolved into a strong commitment to assisted living operations, specifically focusing on dementia care.

She successfully managed operations, consistently improving care delivery and identifying and mitigating risks such as falls, pressure sores, weight loss, and infections. She prioritized team training on preventive measures, assessment, and interventions, emphasizing a holistic approach to resident care.

Each individual is unique, and she emphasizes the importance of understanding and connecting, highlighting the significance of observing changes in behavior or personality as indicators of unmet needs. Daizel stresses clear communication among care providers to determine tailored courses of action. Despite the cognitive changes resulting from dementia, she passionately believes that individuals can lead enriching lives surrounded by loved ones.

Staff development and training play a crucial role in dementia care; Daizel places great emphasis on continuous learning and skill enhancement as the cornerstone of quality care provision.

Daizel received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is certified as an assisted living administrator, dementia practitioner, and geriatric care manager.
